Please arrive at least twelve minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session.

We believe Our team members promote healing by providing mental and physical wellness to all our Clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our Massage Therapists, but our other Clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding Late Cancellations, No-Call, No Show.

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please call [Luxury Healing Massage] as soon as you know you will not be able to make your Massage Appointment.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.  If  you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at [478-213-1442] You may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations/No-Call, No-Show

Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service
